For individuals aged 22-55 with an intellectual disability.
How are you spending your days?

If you are in Rec & Roll your days are filled with lots of activity including field trips, fitness, outdoor recreation, arts & crafts, volunteer projects, games, social interaction and more.

Benefits & Highlights

  • Recreation services can increase your community involvement, practice of life skills and enhance your quality of life.
  • Rec & Roll is offered 5 days a week and meets 9am-2pm. You can sign up for 1-5 days a week.
  • Participants must be able to function in a 1:6 ratio and perform all of their own daily living skills.
  • There are locations which accommodate participants who need more staff assistance.
  • Each location is limited to 12 participants.

Registration is done on an annual basis each fall for the following year. To qualify an intake must be completed with the Day Program manager. Please contact us about availability.

Rec & Roll offers you maximum flexibility to accommodate jobs or other commitments. Though Rec & Roll is offered 5 days a week, you can choose which days you attend.
