Tone N Tighten your body through this interactive exercise Get ready for this low­impact water workout. Throughout
class! Led by a Dance Fitness Instructor, TNT combines this program, we will use the natural resistance of the water
upbeat music with unique moves that will make you want to while doing different workout movements such as running in
dance ‘till you drop! But don’t worry, no prior dancing experience place and other aerobic exercises. Grab your towel and join
