          Making special recreation available to all families

     Keeping programs affordable and accessible is our commitment. Because of the labor intensive nature of our
     programs, the constant fluctuation of part-time staff needs, and rising costs overall, we continually need to bridge
     the gap between the cost of programming and the support received through tax revenues. That gap is filled through
