WILDCATS SPORTS PROGRAMS





                                                                Wildcat Powerlifting  – Ryan Fleck            NEW!

                                                                Ages 16 & older
                                                                WDSRA is bringing back a new and improved powerlifting
                                                                program! Powerlifting focuses on three lifts (squat, bench
                                                                press, and deadlift).  Coaches will work weekly with athletes
                                                                to improve overall fitness while also focusing on the three
                                                                lifts. Athletes can compete in the Region Competition in early
                                                                2025 to qualify for the 2025 Special Olympics Summer Games
                                                                competition. Note: All participants who plan to compete in
                                                                the regional competition must have a valid Special Olympics
                                                                Medical Form on file, valid through July 2025.

        Ages 8 & older
        Come get your weekly aquatics workout with our qualified
