Rec & Roll is a vibrant community­based
recreation program designed for individuals

aged 22­55 years old.

The program focuses on fostering social connections through
community outings, recreational activities and service projects.
Our schedule includes engaging activities all aimed at enhancing
the quality of life for people with disabilities.
