Rec & Roll 1:3 Ratio
Limit 9 participants per day/per location
These locations cater to individuals who may benefit from
additional assistance. These sites are tailored for participants
who may require more support from staff in areas such as daily
living skills and social/emotional needs. The daily schedule
includes a mix of staff­directed large and small group activities
and community outings.

Fountain View ­ Fountain View Recreation Center, Carol Stream
Fort Hill ­ Fort Hill Activity Center, Naperville

Rec & Roll 1:6 Ratio
Limit 12 participants per day/per location
Participants should be capable of engaging in a 1 staff to 6
participant ratio and independently managing their daily living
skills. This includes responsibilities such as toileting, feeding,
and dressing without requiring 1:1 staffing due to emotional
outbursts. The daily schedule includes a variety of activities,
both staff­directed and participant­directed, in large and
small group settings.

Glen Ellyn ­ Ackerman WDSRA Room, Glen Ellyn

will be scheduled to determine program eligibility. This assessment will help determine which Rec
& Roll location and staff ratio is most appropriate.
