How to Register Online

Registration

All WDSRA registrations are lottery based unless otherwise indicated in the program descriptions. Everyone is welcome to register, however residents receive priority over non-residents.

Families New to WDSRA

 Setting up an account is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. New Participant Form: Fill out a New Participant Form form which can be found at Schedules & Forms.
2. Outreach Call: Once we receive your New Participant Form, you will receive a call from our Outreach staff.
3. RecTrac: You will receive an email from RecTrac in order to complete creating your account (you must create a username & password).
4. ePact: You will also receive an invitation email from ePact to enter medical and emergency contact information regarding your participant. For safety reasons, an individual without current ePact medical information will not be permitted to participate in WDSRA programs. For more information on ePact click here.

That is it!

You will be able to register for WDSRA programs during any open registration time. Payment is due at time of registration.

Registering for the First Time

Online Registration is preferred!

1. Click on the green REGISTER button at the top right hand corner of the website.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Select your programs and submit your registration.

Mail In or Drop Off registration

1. Fill out an Online Registration Form which can be found at Schedules & Forms.
2. Drop off or mail a copy before the start of registration. All mailed and dropped off forms will be processed concurrently with online registrations and processed in random order.

Note:

1. Registrations will not be processed if: payment for the total amount due is not received or if a household balance remains unpaid from a previous season.
2. If programs appear unavailable, it means that open registration is over. You can still fill out a Late Registration Form which can be found at Schedules & Forms and staff will determine if the individual can be enrolled or put on the wait list.
