Thank You for Changing Lives!

The Bash logoThank you guests, donors and sponsors for supporting participants and families!

Your support will make sure there is:

  • ACCESS for every family that needs programs,
  • sufficient AWARENESS about WDSRA so families can find us when they need us most and,
  • the right ACTIVITIES so that we can meet each participant where they are to help them grow and develop into the amazing people they are destined to become.

Participants at The Bash in 2022Through ticket purchases, donations, sponsorships and your benevolent giving that evening, more than $150,000 was raised to support our participants and families! Of that, $44,500 in donations were raised during the Raise the Paddle portion of the evening. With the $10,000 match, offered that evening only by the Itrich Family Foundation for the Raise the Paddle, a grand total of $54,500 was raised specifically for our MISSION & VISION!

Photos from the evening will be posted on our Facebook page soon.

The Bash can only happen with your help!

  • If you worked that evening setting up the silent auction displays, checking in guests, selling raffle tickets or in any one of the many ways your help is needed… we thank you!
  • If you worked behind-the-scenes leading up to the Bash, donated a silent auction item or to the spirit pull…we thank you!
  • If you were unable to attend but spread the word to others about the evening… we thank you!

Thank YOU for your dedication to our families and for your role in providing our guests with an outstanding evening!

Watch all the Excitement of the 2021 Virtual Celebration online!

Last year’s Bash looked a little different. It went virtual on Saturday, March 6, 2021. There was a quick look behind-the-scenes, some touching stories from families who shared what programs meant to them during the pandemic and a whole lot of fun! The preshow kicked it off by featuring our first family story. If you want to head straight to the main event, click thru to 29:40.
