Bringing Culture to the Forefront

The WDSRA Culture

At WDSRA, our culture is defined through our Core Values and the tenets used to guide our Strategic Plan. When employees embrace both the Core Values and the tenets it creates an environment where people grow and thrive both personally and professionally. Importantly, that allows everyone the ability to deliver an outstanding experience for our participants and families too.

We take our culture seriously… but in a FUN way. Learn more about the FUNdamentals of the WDSRA culture here. This booklet was created by staff for staff.
